Wash hands and vagina with one of our organic soaps before use. Unwrap the string and insert in clean water (not sink water). Then add pearl in applicator or use your finger and insert in the vaginal canal 5-7 cm deep. The string will hang out similar to a tampon which you will pull on, to remove when detox is complete.

You can use 1 pearl for 24-48 hours depending on the reason for use or desired cleanse.
For a thorough complete detox use 3 pearls(1 pearl after each removal of the prior completed 24 hour detox) Wash vagina/vulva with one of our organic soaps after each removal.
You will purge so don’t be alarmed when you see your vagina releasing anything. Everyone purges differently depending on the issue they may have. It will be ideal to wear a panty liner during this detox.
